Join this session to hear from Dr Zen Ying Tsui from the Department of Health about 'Regulation of Private Healthcare Facilities in Hong Kong'.
During this session, Dr Tsui will walk you through the regulatory regime under the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance for healthcare facilities in private setting, and the latest progress of the phased implementation of the new regulatory regime. She will also shed light on the differences of clinics and small practice clinics, the key licensing requirements for clinics, and eligibility criteria for small practice clinics. She will also provide advices on what to do to get ready for clinic license application.
