Dr Zen Ying Tsui, PhillippaSenior Medical and Health Officer (Private Hospital Development), Department of Health

Dr Phillippa Tsui is a specialist in Public Health Medicine. She graduated from the medical school of the University of Hong Kong. She is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Community Medicine).

Dr Phillippa Tsui joined government service as a Medical & Health Officer in 2012. She is currently a Senior Medical and Health Officer in the Office for Regulation of Private Healthcare Facilities of the Department of Health. Her past duties involved the development of regulatory standards for private healthcare facilities, and she is now primarily responsible for the handling of legislative and law enforcement related matters on the regulation of private healthcare facilities.
