Jon AllcockPrincipal Researcher, Tencent Quantum Laboratory
Jon Allcock is a Principal Researcher in the Tencent Quantum Laboratory in Hong Kong, where he works on investigating practical applications of quantum computing for machine learning, material design and chemistry. He received his PhD in quantum information from the University of Bristol and was previously a postdoctoral researcher at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In addition to research, Jon also spent several years in the business consultancy BTS, supporting global companies with strategic alignment and business execution.
