Join this in-person Workshop Series session and explore a variety of time strategies shared by Frédérique Blanchard, ICF PCC-certified executive coach and trainer.

In this practical Workshop Series session, we will explore strategies through hands-on exercises designed to empower you to make lasting, positive changes in how you approach each day. Our focus will be on achieving not only efficiency but also balance and fulfillment in both your work and personal life.
