Stéphane Peden holds a Master's degree in Europe-Asia Management and took his first steps in Taiwan in 2006 during a university exchange in Kaohsiung and an internship in Taipei 101.
He then continued his university and professional experience in Beijing for 2 years before returning to France where he became a Lidl sector manager in charge of 5 supermarkets.
In 2010, Labosport asked him to return to Taiwan to work on a project to set up a Sports Floor Testing Laboratory. In the end, the laboratory was set up in Guangzhou rather than Taiwan. In 2011, he decided to set up his own business, Path of Wellness, and joined the Chamber of Commerce on a part-time basis.
Following the development of the business center at the France Taiwan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Stéphane Peden set about developing a business set-up and support service.
In June 2014, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Chamber and also manages Eatsmart, a start-up delivering balanced meals to businesses and individuals.
Since March 2017, Stéphane has been Director of the France Taiwan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
