Stefano Passarello is a multifaceted entrepreneur, financial and innovation mentor.

Based in Hong Kong and travelling frequently between China and Europe, Stefano has helped hundreds of businesses to successfully enter the Asia market and scale their operations. He founded accounting firm People & Projects (P&P) in 2006 and scaled it to twelve offices serving about 1500 clients, before it was acquired by Hawksford in 2018.

Stefano’s core strength in numbers gained him a strong reputation in the finance and technology sectors. He served as the Treasurer and Board of Directors at the Italian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong for 10+ years, and is a startup mentor at multiple accelerators. In 2017, Stefano founded StartIT.Asia, an innovative program organized by the Italian Consulate General in Hong Kong to attract and select high potential Italian startups to come to Hong Kong and China. In 2021, Stefano founded Monx, an international fintech startup providing corporate services to entrepreneurs. The innovative yet client centric approach has already attracted great attention from the business community within a short time.
