Shereen TongGroup Chief Financial Officer, VTech Holdings Limited

Shereen Tong is Group Chief Financial Officer of VTech Holdings Limited. She is responsible for VTech’s accounting and tax, treasury and financial as well as information technology and human resources management functions. Ms. Tong joined VTech in 1994 and has held management positions in a number of areas including internal audit and financial control. She is also a member of the Risk Management and Sustainability Committee and Data Security Governance Board of the company.

Ms. Tong holds a Master of Laws degree in Compliance and Regulation from The University of Hong Kong; a Master of Business Administration degree from Manchester Business School, UK; a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University; and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, UK, and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK; and is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
