She has helped shape many transformation programmes, helping clients navigate both the strategic and practical aspects of change to create growth, drive efficiency, reduce costs, adopt digital and build a future ready business.

Sharon grew up in the UK and is currently based in Hong Kong with her husband and their little brown poodle. She loves the arts and the great outdoors.
