Mr Richard Hall is a seasoned public transport professional with strong background in business administration and governance. Having worked across both private and public sectors, He has gained a unique and in-depth understanding of differing transport models and operations across both the United Kingdom and globally. Before joining Citybus as Chief Operating Officer in 2020, he was Managing Director of publicly owned Lothian Buses and prior to that Managing Director of RATP Dev London. Mr Hall is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and former Chairman of the Confederation of Passenger Transport in Scotland.
