Dr. Peggy Lau is a seasoned executive in process reengineering, digital transformation and AI application for business. She builds the AI Lab of Chow Sang Sang Jewellery Co Ltd which is a well-known retail group in the Greater China Region.
She leads AI/ data science application development and related digital transformation for different areas, from demand forecast, supply chain AI to customer and store analytics, as well as various generative AI adoption in retail. Prior to this role, she managed the supply chain/ automation system and the inventory management teams.
