Mark heads the firm’s Asia-Pacific region regulatory practice. His practice covers the full range of commercial and regulatory work in technology, data protection and cyber security.  His work includes helping clients evaluate new technologies and operating platforms and conducting regulatory reviews through to drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for the acquisition, development and licensing of technology through to advising on regulatory investigations and breach incident response.  His clients include technology and technology service companies, financial institutions, fintechs, brands and retailers.
