Marie-Gabrielle has been working for LPA-CGR in Hong Kong since 2011. She regularly assists companies, their founders and/or managers with all tax aspects of local and cross-border transactions (e.g. sale or reorganization of businesses, growth capital transactions), the taxation of fund flows (e.g. transfer pricing, taxation of intangible assets) and the handling of tax audits and tax disputes. She has developed an expertise in cross-border mobility and works closely with the other offices of the firm in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. She is a member of the Paris Bar and a Solicitor of England & Wales. She is a registered foreign lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong.
