Joanne HoCOO, Fung Academy

Joanne oversees the management and organization of the Fung Academy, with a focus on the development of leadership and corporate capabilities, sustainable and competitive supply chain advantage, and innovation.

Since 2010, she has been involved in the Program for Management Development (PMD), which aims to develop future leaders for the Fung Group. She is responsible for the design, development and implementation of the PMD.

Joanne started in Li & Fung Trading Group, engaging in people development, human resources services and corporate services – Customer Services, Global Property & Facilities Planning and Management, Travel, Global Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing, and Corporate Meetings & Guidelines.

Joanne received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and her MBA and Master of Information Technology degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is also a qualified coach from Core Essential Program of Coach Inc.
