With a career in business development in the manufacturing sector, he has gained valuable insights and expertise in the industrial domain, globally. Now specializing in business restructuring and turnaround, Jérémie Garbe has successfully led the complex restructuring of the Hamon Group, a prominent cooling tower company, with a specific focus on their APAC operations. He supports his clients as a consultant, executive and/or investor. He founded Tanlience Consulting, based in Hong Kong, to help European clients deal with their special situations in Asia.
