Jennifer de SouzaTrainee Lawyer – winner of the Coup de Coeur Prize

Jennifer holds a master’s degree in International Contract Law and is also a former student of the French Business School emLyon. Jennifer worked as a trainee compliance officer and a legal adviser before flying to Hong Kong as a VIE for BNP Paribas Cardif. There, she worked as a Regional Compliance Officer and ensured that business activity complies with regulatory requirements and BNP Group policies and procedures. She believes that Compliance has a role to play in establishing a more inclusive and responsible society. She is currently back in France as a trainee lawyer but is looking for new opportunities in Hong Kong for 2022.
