Gracie NgChief of Staff, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP)

Ms. Gracie Ng is the Chief of Staff, overseeing strategic planning, corporate rhythm and the achievement of corporate goals, KPIs and strategic initiatives.  Since joining HKSTP in 2015, she has driven the growth of the Data and IoT Technology Cluster, fostering cross-industry engagement for Smart City technology applications and API data-sharing innovations. 

In June 2024, Grace has been appointed the Acting Chief Corporate Development Officer where she continues to drive the emerging Technology Platform development comprising Biomedical Technology, AI and Data, Electronics and GreenTech to provide the infrastructure, facilities and services for tech companies to propel the growth of these technology clusters to spawn new industries in Hong Kong.  In this role, she aims to capitalise on the fast-growing and most promising technology domain by leveraging HKSTP’s comprehensive suite of bespoke facilities and services for translational research, advanced manufacturing and entrepreneurship. 
 
Gracie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Master’s degree with double majors in Technology Management and Marketing from the University of Sydney. She brings 15 years of experience from IBM, where she held various roles in consulting, marketing and solution sales. Prior to IBM, she worked as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Mercer. Her professional journey spans major cities across Greater China, Asia Pacific and Europe.
