Fabrice Bonnifet mission is to lead and coordinate the sustainable development/CSR process of the Bouygues Group. For this, he participated to support managers in the changing business models of operational units, pilot transversal projects associated particularly with the strategy: energy and carbon, biodiversity, sustainable cities, sustainable procurement, eco-design and circular economy... In addition, he provides non-financial reporting and dialogue with stakeholders of the Group. Finally, he leads the industry QSE / DD Group and organizes seminars self-assessments (EFQM / ISO 26000) and training courses for managers on the subject of the reconfiguration of management systems to move towards models of 'contributory companies’.

He is also President of the College of Directors of Sustainable Development (C3D) and Administrator of The Shift Project.
