Bruno Luk is currently the Deputy Director of Environmental Protection of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Among other things, he is responsible for the formulation and implementation of policies and legislation on waste management, including Municipal Solid Waste charging and various Producer Responsibility Schemes.
Mr Luk joined the Administrative Service of the HKSAR Government in 1998. He worked in various bureaux and departments on a number of policy portfolios, including environmental hygiene, energy efficiency, civil service training and manpower planning, and public health. He was the Director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Singapore from 2015 to 2019.
