Ariane Zagury is a seasoned entrepreneur and the visionary behind Rue Madame Fashion Group (RMFG), a multi-brand retail powerhouse with nearly 50 stores across Asia. Originally from France, Ariane moved to Hong Kong in 2008 after a successful career in finance with firms like Goldman Sachs. Inspired by the lack of accessible, contemporary fashion in Hong Kong, she founded Rue Madame in 2010, creating a unique shopping experience that blends European chic with personalized service. Under her leadership, RMFG has introduced and expanded beloved international brands such as American Vintage, Sweaty Betty, Jonak, and more, into Asia’s fashion scene. The group has successfully introduced over 15 standalone brands and more than 200 brands through its multi-brand concept stores. 

In addition to her achievements in retail, Ariane has successfully sold and exited several businesses. She works closely with her husband, Alan, in leading RMFG, combining their shared vision for growth and customer-centricity. 

Ariane is the mother of four, and while leading a rapidly expanding business, she embraces the challenges of both her professional and personal life with resilience and innovation.
