Gala Dinner 2023 | Resurgence
We are thrilled to reflect upon the resounding success of our 2023 French Chamber Gala Dinner, which once again solidified its position as the landmark event of the year. This extraordinary occasion celebrated the enduring ties between the French and Hong Kong business communities, while showcasing the best of French art de vivre.
With nearly 600 esteemed guests in attendance, the evening was graced by the presence of our distinguished Guests of Honour:
- Mr Dominique de Villepin, Former Prime Minister of France,
- Dr YK Pang, Chairman, Hong Kong Tourism Board,
- Ms Christile Drulhe, Consul General of France in Hong Kong and Macau.
Their presence added an extra touch of prestige to the event, underscoring the significance of our shared values and aspirations.
Under the theme of "Resurgence" the Gala Dinner exuded a sense of optimism and renewal, embodying the spirit of Hong Kong's dynamic and ever-evolving landscape. It was a night of inspiration, fostering meaningful connections and sparking new possibilities.
The Gala Dinner also served as a platform to raise funds for a great cause. All proceeds from the silent and live auctions were dedicated to The French Chamber Foundation - Make it Work, supporting its invaluable mission of empowering low-income workers in Hong Kong to enhance their livelihoods.
