On 16 September 2020, we were delighted to welcome Erwan Rambourg, Managing Director & Global Co-Head of Consumer & Retail Research of HSBC, for this year's Back To Work with a look at the future of luxury and a world-first sneak preview of his upcoming book Future Luxe: What's Ahead for the Business of Luxury.

Over 70 participants connected as Erwan shared his insights on the fundamental changes and new trends in the luxury and retail sector as well as the consumers' behaviour in Gen Z.

With conclusions drawn from his interviews with several CEOs from the largest groups and brands and his own observations from over two decades in luxury, Erwan gave a great preview of his new vital read for the retail industry, providing an in-depth and futuristic point of view about where are the luxury markets heading in the next 10 years.
