Our client is a consulting/training firm that specializes in management, innovation & new technologies.

The activity is organized into three clusters with complementary missions:

  • Agility, Innovation and Management: for managers in the fields of Human Resources, Training, Innovation, the Core Business, Digital Technology; and for Engineering and Projects divisions in Information Systems departments
  • DevOps, Cloud and Digital Workplaces addresses: for Digital Technology managers, Design and Production divisions of Information Systems departments, and Human Resources managers seeking to digitize the employee experience
  • Architecture, Data and Integration: Design and Architecture divisions of Information Systems departments, and for the CIO himself

Context:

After several international experiences and missions, our client has decided
to settle in Hong Kong to open up to the Asia Pacific market, very demanding of innovative technologies and new management practices.

In this context, our client is looking for its local representative, who will be in charge of developing the business, identifying the opportunities, and building the image of the company in Hong Kong.

Main activities:

As a Consultant / Business Developer, the candidate must be “dual-hatted”, with business and operational goals:

 Company strategy and business development

  • Align with the general management on the strategic objectives
  • Understand the needs of Hong Kong market in term of training and management and identify opportunities to develop the company activity
  • Develop the company network in Pacific Asia and maintain existing relationships
  • Organize meetings with prospects and develop the company activity
  • Ensure the team recruitment

Operational activity

  • Be operational with our future clients, ensure missions especially giving trainings on management, agility and innovation fields (after being trained himself/herself by our trainers)

Skills

  • Skills in management and organization
  • Business development experience in Pacific Asia and an established network
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Autonomous, organized, good speaker, with interpersonal skills
  • with a strong taste for innovative technologies and digital trends
