Our client is a POS displays company working with luxury clients. They are currently looking for their new Sales Manager APAC. 


Main missions:

  • Ensure the business development with existing customers
  • Detect and Develop new customers in the PRC and APAC region including the Travel Retail business
  • Build a prospection plan
  • Manage the HK sales office including the direct management of a sale person.
  • Collect, analyze and transfer the customer specifications « brief » to the organization and drive with the Operation manager the preparation of the offer.
  • Present and negotiate the offer in cooperation with the technical team and more generally all operations required to win orders and new prospects.
  • Closely follow the order progress and ensure the communication with the customer until the end of the project including the final payment.
  • Participate and or organize coordination meetings with the internal and external contacts.
  • Check the customer financial situation
  • Report to management sales and prospection action
  • In general, execute the missions given by the direct management



  • Internal main contacts: Project managers, Engineering department, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Suppliers, Quality…
  • Direct report to the subsidiary manager
  • This position requires being really customer oriented, with a good sense of details as we are working in the luxury and premium business
  • Hard worker, strong self-management capabilities…
  • Regular travels to the factory located in Dongguan but also international travels to visit customers.
  • Knowledge of the packaging business, cosmetics, luxury … strongly appreciated
  • First experience in sales development required
