Founded in 2011 in Hong Kong, our client is a meat importer and distributor that operates in more than 40 countries globally, with an expertise in the APAC and African markets.


  • Ensure shipments are delivered in a timely manner with the appropriate documentation and comply with the company quality standards
  • Maintain effective communications with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Provide support through all the shipment process from the time client places the order until the clearance of the goods at the receiving port
  • Maintain a professional communication with third party logistics service providers through all phases of the shipment cycle
  • Follow up freight cost, including the respective documentation (ex: Cert. of origins, Health certification, BOL and others)
  • Revise bills, invoices and sales orders
  • Ensure customers follow payment terms agreed
  • Create shipment packing lists and update information in database
  • Ensure all documents required are properly filled out and store their copies physically and electronically
  • Undertake any other duties assigned


  • Degree holder in office administration management / logistics or related discipline are preferred. Non Degree holders might be considered depending on experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar position
  • Excellent command in English and French are mandatory, both oral and written. Knowledge of an Asian language will be an advantage
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office, Excel, Power point
  • Only HK permanent resident candidates can be considered (no visa can be provided)
