  • Build up customer loyalty and maintain existing client base
  • Develop portfolio by scoring new clients
  • Define standard operating procedure (SOP) related to offers / quotation
  • Focus on French trade lane

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Responsibilities and expected outcome)

  • Able to develop own client account base and free hand cargoes
  • Follow up sales lead
  • Organize sales calls with existing clients and prospects
  • Generate offers / quotations to potential customers
  • Teamwork with BDM
  • Communicate leads requiring a sales action with the network
  • Develop services in existing portfolio built by our current sales in charges
  • Increase customer base by scoring new clients and/or new traffics
  • Define standard operating procedure (SOP) related to offers /quotations
