Our client, an entertainment and icon branding company,  is looking for a Sales and Administrative Assistant to join its team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Held responsible and lead in coordinate meeting arrangement for conferences/events Sales team attend throughout the year
  • Generate and analysis report to present to sales team on request
  • Provide before or after sales support through all kind of communication channel
  • Act as receptionist duties but not limited to; greeting customer, arrange courier services, answering phone calls and etc.
  • Assist in any ad hoc duties when required

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • At least 2 years’ working experience
  • Good computer skills. Excel is a MUST
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a team player with high level of dedication
  • Well-organized and good time management
  • Mature and productive with little/no supervision
  • Immediately available
