Our client is specialized in the logistics management of precious and luxury goods.

 

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide full range of administrative supports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the whole Management
  • Work closely with other co-workers providing efficient service to the COO and the Management
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating business issues
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and various documents
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Maintain clients relationships and business development activities
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder;
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience (candidates with Italian company working experience is an advantage);
  • Knowledge in MS Word and Excel;
  • Detail-oriented and proactive attitude;
  • Fluent in French, English and Mandarin;
  • Proficiency in Italian speaking is an advantage;
  • Team player and can communicate with different culture background of people
