Reporting to:   General Manager of the French chamber foundation

Overall responsibility:

Follow up and develop the Recruitment Charity activity, in partnership with our charities and corporate partners.

Key areas of responsibility:

1- Relationship with the charities partners:

  • Build and develop positive relationship with the charities partners of the foundation
  • Support the charity partners to perform their mission and consisting of providing trainings, career counselling and jobs to the underprivileged
  • Visit the foundation clubs every week
  • Monitor the progress of the project
  • Performance analysis and reporting


2- Relationship with the corporate partners:

  • Identify and expand the pool of companies capable of providing skills training program and job vacancies
  • Liaise with them to present the French chamber foundation action, to organize trainings and job placements


3-Organize and performing trainings for the underprivileged

  • Select and contact the trainers
  • Liaise with the trainers and the charities partners of the foundation
  • Performing trainings depending on the needs: English, etc…


4-Assist and perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned from management

For this role, we require:

  • Two and a half working days
  • A Master Degree level
  • + 1 years of experience in Social work/Recruitment
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English 
  • Good analytical skills,
  • Persistent and trouble shooter
  • Self-motivated, self-starter and team player
  • Outgoing, proactive, adaptable, eager to network and develop opportunities
  • Excel, Word and Powerpoint proficient
