Our client is a food importer and distributor that operate in more than 40 countries globally, with an expertise in the APAC and African markets. Over the latest years, the company has been rapidly expanding and opened offices in Singapore and Vietnam.
They are looking for a marketing and communication manager to manage their online and offline communication with customers and increase brand awareness.

The marketing and communications manager responsibilities include distributing promotional material, responding to customers’ queries and comments on social media, organizing event and networking during them.

Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

Job Description
 Organize events promote our products and services during events
 Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
 Advertise our company and products/services on various media
 Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
 Build our digital marketing roadmap
 Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
 Oversee our social media accounts
 Plan interviews and press conferences
 Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
 Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
 Produce marketing copy for our website
 Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
 Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
 Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
 Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
 Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
 Liaise with Commercial director, Distribution and Branch Manager to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
 Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
 Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
 Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
 Track ROI for marketing campaigns

Requirements
 Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Manager or similar role
 Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
 Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
 Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
 Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
 Hands-on experience with web content management tools, like WordPress, Drupal
 Familiarity with web design
 Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
 Proficiency in MS Office
 Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Good presentation skills
 Excellent analytical and project management skills
 BSc in Marketing, Digital technologies, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field
 English Speaking person is a must
 French speaking person is preferred
