For our client, a dynamic and international brand of design accessories. Our client is looking for a dynamic, motivated and flexible Logistics Coordinator to support this fast-growing Brand and to reinforce the Supply Chain and Logistics functions.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in day to day logistics operations.
  • Manage and handle order fulfilment and shipping compliance, in close liaison with commercial and purchasing departments
  • Manage and troubleshoot international deliveries, re-deliveries, and other expediting issue in full documentation compliance
  • Ensure the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is understood and followed
  • Interact with third-party logistics service provider(s) to ensure service level
  • Review bills, invoices and any related documentation applicable
  • Ensure accuracy of all inventories by keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels and delivery schedules
  • Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order
  • Facilitate merchandising and stock allocations for sales orders
  • Coordinate with warehouse for order fulfillment activities and track delivery of goods
  • Take on ad hoc logistics and shipping tasks as required

 

Requirements – Skills and abilities

  • Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related background
  • A minimum 2 years of related experience, either in international complex distribution and/or manufacturing environment
  • Fluent English and Cantonese (writing and speaking)
  • Good communication skills to be able to interact with different level of the organization
  • Organized and high attention to details
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good-problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel essential – Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
  • Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
