Our client, a food trading company, is currently looking for a Junior Sales & Logistic Assistant.

Responsibilities
 Ensure shipments are delivered in a timely manner with the appropriate documentation and comply with the company quality standards
 Provide support through all the shipment process, maintaining an effective and professional communication with suppliers and forwarders
 Follow up freight cost, including the respective documentation (ex: Cert. of origins, Health certification, BOL and others)
 Revise bills, invoices and purchase orders
 Ensure suppliers and forwarders are paid according to payment terms
 Create shipment packing lists and update information in database
 Ensure all documents required are properly filled out and store their copies physically and electronically
 Undertake any other duties assigned by the team

Requirements
 Degree holder in office administration management / logistics or related discipline are preferred. Non Degree holders might be considered depending on experience
 At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar position
 Fluent in English and French (both oral and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of any other European language will be an advantage.
 Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office, Excel, Power point
