Our client, specialized in fine dining, is looking for a HR Manager who will report to the Managing Director.

With several restaurants in Hong Kong, the main duties of the HR Manager will be to:

  • Manage the Recruitment process for all position and prepare/review employment contracts;
  • Manning Planning & Staff Cost Budget;  
  • Employment Administration;
  • Monthly Payroll & MPF Administration;
  • Casual Labour Management;
  • Staff Performance Appraisal Review and Year-end Bonus Proposal;
  • Staff Engagement Activities, e.g. Birthday Party, Full Staff Meeting, Staff Gathering, etc;
  • Act as a point of contact to provide HR advice and support the team in line with business goals and needs;
  • Build positive relationships with key stakeholders and senior level management;
  • Be a true business partner to develop and implement HR policies and procedures to help drive business goals;
  • Office Administration.



Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Cantonese & English;
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources;
  • At least 7 years in Human Resources;
  • Experience in Food & Beverage industry;
  • Knowledge in labour laws, regulations and legal environment in HK;
  • Cheerful, energetic, efficient, high degree of autonomy, detail-minded with positive attitude and team-oriented;
  • Able to define problems, collect information, establish facts and draw conclusion;
  • Computer knowledge in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Chinese.
