Our client, a multinational company specialized in media solution business, is currently looking for a GM Media Sales team.
- Oversee the Media solution business including the sales/marketing, project development, operations and support functions of the team (15 subordinates);
- Devise annual business plans and strategies for achieving these plans, provide ongoing business forecasts and business analysis and reviews;
- Explore and deploy new technologies for application to the business based on market trends and needs;
- Build up and maintain strong relationships with principals, clients and agencies.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or other equivalent disciplines;
- Over 10 years’ solid experience background in media sales / advertising agencies, marketing and business development with at least 3 years at management level;
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and capable of building business relationship with major clients, business partners and principals;
- Proven leadership ability, experience training, motivating, managing and building sales and development teams;
- Self-motivated, aggressive, energetic, multi-tasked and keen business acumen;
- Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales targets;
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese speaking an advantage though not essential;
- International mindset.
