Our client is looking for his new General Manager in the F&B retail industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the retail operations in HK, ensure the operations align with brand standards and business objectives
  • Monitor and drive the sales performance for the retail chain operations to achieve business target
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve business target; provide training or coaching for the team and develop talents
  • Work closely with marketing team on advertising campaigns and promotions
  • Identify the training needs and work closely with Training team to plan training programs for frontline staff in order to continuously uplift their skills in different area to enhance retail business
  • Purchasing and inventory management, operation procedures, driving KPI's and ad-hoc projects 
  • General business strategy and other areas e.g. finance


Requirements:

  • At least 10 years experience in retail operations in F&B 
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong business sense and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; French preferred
