We seek a highly motivated, strategic thinking professional who will continue to lead the Fundraising initiatives for our clients. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Fundraising Manager will be responsible for leading and implementing our client's fundraising strategy and plans. 

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and lead or participate to all fundraising initiatives, including relationships with corporates

- Continue to develop overall strategy, initiatives, measurables and implementation plan with clear targets and KPIs with initial focus on major donors and regular giving programs

- Continue to develop a fundraising & engagement calendar, and create fundraising marketing materials, in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Team

- Develop and lead all initial research and prospecting phase work

- Create new community events as needed

- Monitor and lead ongoing fundraising projects

- Communicate regularly the ongoing fundraising activities, initiatives, achievements and milestones, in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Team

- Set up a CRM software for fundraising and tracking, in collaboration with the IT department

- Develop the launch of the School’s alumni network relations and lead new initiatives in this area

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess the following skills:

- 8+ years business experience in development, events, marketing & communications and/or PR; local fundraising experience would be an asset

- Experience in the education sector would be an advantage, but is not required;

- Strong customer facing skills, and proven relationship management with excellent presentation & communication skills & attention to detail;

- Experience managing a budget, and managing projects from beginning to completion;

- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a results-driven mentality;

- Fluency in English with strong communication skills (verbal and written) a must; fluency in French would be an advantage, and fluency in Chinese would be an asset.
