Our client, a luxury lifestyle company is looking for Customer Service/ Sales Assistant, to join its professional team.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Work at the front desk; handle customer appointment bookings, questions, complaints and requests
  • Support and assist in daily operations, perform ad-hoc duties
  • Help ensure customers’ experience is professional and seamless throughout their sessions
  • Build and maintain good, long-term relationships with customers
  • Promote our products and packages to match customers’ needs

General Requirements

  • Around 1-year experience preferably in spa/beauty/retail/fitness industries
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Highly self-motivated with an energetic, positive attitude, customer-oriented
  • Willing to work on shift duty 
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
