Our client is a French fashion jewelry brand and is looking for an E-Commerce Sales Manager for the Chinese market. 

Key Responsibilities:

-Formulating and implementing sales/marketing strategies and action plans to increase online traffic and sales.

-Liaise with country manager & local marketing team on promotional mechanics.

-Improve the on-site experience with clearly communicated promotions, accurate product information/images and translations.

-Develop marketing with partners to drive high quality traffic.

-Work closely with IT department to deliver technical site changes enhancing customer experience, online visual merchandising, transformation rate and organic search visibility.

-Create reports and monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them.


-Degree holder in Marketing or Business Management related fields

-Good knowledge in fashion industry, e-commerce and market trends

-Strong analytical skill, data-oriented and experienced with ecommerce related data

-Strong understanding of social media and content marketing concepts, strategies and platforms

-Proficiency in Baidu tongji, WeChat, SEO, SEM, reporting, Excel -Experience with A/B testing and other multivariate testing methods

-Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
