Founded in 2011 our client is an innovative and creative brand offering lifestyle kits for consumers. Our products can be found within a large scope of retailers around the world such as supermarket chains, department stores, toys stores, garden centers, etc.

Job synopsis:
Working independently, you will be required to develop new markets and new customers as well as create growth with some of our existing customers. You will be required to mainly focus on the following territories: European Union / Latin America / Some Asian Countries

Candidate Profile and experience:
Degree holder.
Relevant experience in sales of consumer products to retailers.
Possess strong sales & marketing techniques.
Proven record of growing sales.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Perfect command of both written & spoken English is a must.
Command of French and Spanish is an advantage.
Personal Qualities required and Skills:
Self-motivated, deal closer.
Organized and detailed oriented.
Able to work independently and to cope with pressure.
Multi Tasks.
Prefers to work in a small firm.
Aggressive in achieving sales targets.
Job description / Development of new customers:
Develop new customers and markets.
Developing, implementing and executing sales action plans and strategies to develop sales within retail market for the given territories.
Attend trade shows and follow up sales leads to develop business with new prospects.
Develop sales leads and find new customers with traditional methods (Internet, Social Medias, Cold Calls, Emails, Sending of samples and catalogs, Travels and meetings etc.).
Complete client’s visits and presentations in order to close deals / secure new customers.
Increase sales turn over for some of our existing customers
Presentation of new products to key accounts.
Review current products pricing & product features and formulate product enhancement and optimization for the given customers to achieve growth.
Help our customers to promote sales of goods at retail by improving their display techniques.
Organize on-the-spot demonstration in some stores.
Sales planning for our customers: Sell them the right merchandise, at the right price, in the right quantities and at the right time.
Ensure quality products are delivered on time
Prepare proposals and quotations.
Issue proforma invoices to your customers.
Coordinate closely with our merchandising team for on time shipments.
Follow up and ensure on time payments of commercial invoices.
Maintain and organize sufficient inventory to deliver your customers on time.
Assist in inventory planning according to sales targets.
Our products require rather complex documentation to ensure Seeds & Soil custom clearance in certain markets. You will be required to ensure that correct documentation is supplied for our customers to easily clear customs. (Training will be given). You will need to coordinate with our seeds and soil suppliers when required.
Monitor sales target & prepare reporting to director.
Assist in new product developments.
Assist in ensuring our marketing tools such as catalogs and customer presentation are always updated.
