We are a French multinational company in Central and have the following professional vacancy to work closely with senior management to provide an exceptional level of secretarial work.
· Perform full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to company
· Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on meeting arrangements
· Prepare agenda, minutes, presentation materials and correspondence
· Prepare and maintain proper documentation, records and files
· Undertake special assignments, last minute travel, ad-hoc assignments when needed
· Good command of both written and oral French and English, Japanese speaking is an advantage.
· Quick and excellent quality of English and French translation
· Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in serving senior executive
· Skillful in using Mac computer, Office and Photoshop
· Can work in flexible working hours and under pressure
· Presentable, energetic, independent, outgoing, self-motivated and devoted
· Prioritized, detail-oriented, energetic with good organizational and communication skills
· Multiple tasking, able to prioritize tasks and discretion in handling confidential informationApply
