Our client is an international retail group. It is a French distribution group.
· Provides all round receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling phone call and answering inquiries in a professional manner
· Handling incoming and outgoing mailing, arrange courier and distribute letters
· Diary management of CFO and the team management of our client
· Travel management
· Provide office administration support including purchase, courier services meeting support and maintenance, etc.
· Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
· Experience in receptionist and office administration, gained from sizable company is preferred
· Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Well-organized, responsive, pleasant personality, team player, self-motivated, mature
· Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin, Cantonese and French will be a plus.
· Immediately available is highly preferred
