- Recruit new spa and retail customers through partnerships and events
- Develop brand loyalty through excellent customer service and clienteling.
- Build store database.
Manage and Develop Team
- Act as a brand ambassador, be an inspiring leader
- Recruit, develop, retain and motivate your team
- Train employees on products and selling methods, ensure excellence in customer service
Oversee Operations of the spa and boutique
- Manage spa and boutique operations (budgets, inventory, stock levels, roster, payroll, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized spa and boutique
- Minimum 2 years of spa management
- CIBTAC/ITEC degree preferred
- Passionate, talented individual with entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication, networking, leadership, team building and customer service skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results
- Flexible, desire to learn and grow, self-motivated and can work autonomously
- Organized, high energy, strong work ethic, passionate, detail-oriented
- Microsoft Office, Excel, iPad
