Sport and Business:
Common recipes for Success

Leading a business and competing at sport have many things in common but share one essential ingredient to success – passion! Running a business is about passion, and chances are that you won’t achieve much with sports unless you are passionate and determined.

So what can be learnt from bringing a sports mindset to the business world and what business practices can help in achieving sporting goals? The panellists have been successful in both areas and look forward to sharing their insights on these particular topics:

• How defining big goals can help make a major jump in our performance
• How to strategize to make the most of our commitments
• Teamwork, leadership and exemplarity: Food for thought
• Mental toughness, choices and resilience
• Managing the toughest moments: there are always challenges to cope with
• Enjoying the process, always!
