Leading Transformation in Diversity and Inclusion
HeForShe symposium follow-up workshop series

This session will share a first-hand example of a D&I transformation journey and offer advice and tips on how to mobilize leadership and drive commitment in support of the change.

3-Develop inclusive leadership through the deployment of Hidden Bias Education workshops.  
2-Promote inclusive work environment by implementing a Global Family Leave policy, offering work schedule Flexibility, and initiating Pay Equity reviews; 
1-Provide global job opportunities to employees via the introduction of Multi-hub model and enhancement of International Mobility policy; 

Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) is an integral part of the Schneider Electric’s history, culture, and identity. The ultimate vision is to provide career opportunities to everyone, everywhere; and they achieve the ambition through a number of strategies.

Speaker

Tina Kao Mylon, Senior Vice President, Talent & Diversity, Schneider Electric
Tina joined the company in April 2016. She is responsible for global talent management, employee development, performance management, leadership development, succession planning and diversity and inclusion. 
Tina is a recognized international expert and speaker on topics of talent. Her work has appeared in professional HR journals and she has presented to international organizations and conferences. 
Tina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in US and Latin American history from Brown University and Masters of Business Administration with a concentration on strategy and leadership from Yale University.  She is based out in Boston (More).

Registration Policy
* An online registration is a confirmed booking.
* Cancellation must be notified at least 3 days before the event, otherwise no refund will be done.
* No show penalty of HK$150 will be applied to members if they do not attend the event.
* When Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, all events will be cancelled.
