The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) is a federation of more than 460 non-government social service agencies in Hong Kong. Mr. Choi’s work plays a critical role in engaging stakeholders of all sectors to raise awareness and understanding of social issues, and initiating cross-sector collaboration to address entrenched social problems. Mr. Choi spearheaded the establishment of Caring Company Scheme in 2002 to cultivate good corporate citizenship through building strategic partnerships between businesses and NGOs. He also has a strong interest in promoting sustainability and creating shared value in Hong Kong.
