Emmanuel Lulin, Senior Vice-President & Chief Ethics Officer of L’ORÉAL

Emmanuel joined L’ORÉAL in 1999 as Group General Counsel for Human Resources. In 2007, he created the Office of the Group Chief Ethics Officer at L’ORÉAL. Before joining L’ORÉAL, Emmanuel, admitted to the Paris Bar in 1988, practiced as a corporate and tax attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton.  
Emmanuel represents L’ORÉAL in a number of international organizations including U.N. Global Compact, U.N. Women and the Institute of Business Ethics (London). In 2012, 2014 and 2017, he was recognized by the Ethisphere Institute as a “Top Ethics & Compliance Officer”.
L'ORÉAL's Ethics programme has been internationally recognized. In 2017, L'ORÉAL received the first Transparency Grand Prix for its Code of Ethics.
